Graduated in Business Economics at University Bocconi, Milano, he has gained a wide-ranging experience in the advertising and corporate communications fields, mainly in the financial and corporate areas. In 1990 he was one of the founding partners of CITICOM, having previously played a leading role in one of the largest Italian public relation agency.

He is and has been director of companies and associations as Fiocchi Group, Assocallcenter, Orange Group, Fondazione Corrente, Italgerie.

He has been also one of the member of Groupeuro ( European Commission)
